Who are we?

How long have we been in business?

We opened Eastaway Property in 2023, but together we bring 47 years of experience in estate agency, sales, business, and marketing, and that’s before you add in the expertise of our brilliant team.

What are our credentials?

Alongside our 47 years of experience, a law degree, countless marketing diplomas, and customer service qualifications, we’re also Rightmove Qualified, accredited by Propertymark, registered with the Property Redress Scheme, HMRC compliant for anti-money laundering, and hold CELA qualifications accredited by ABBE and CPD. On top of that, Kim is a qualified aromatherapist and James is a Fellow of the RSA.

Where are we based and which areas do we cover?

Our office is right on Scotgate in Stamford, at the traffic lights, with digital advertising screens running 24/7 to showcase our clients’ properties. We cover Stamford, the surrounding towns and villages, and Rutland.

Are we are part of a corporate?

Eastaway Property is an independently owned and operated Limited company, registered in England and Wales. Our team is made up of us, our brilliant viewing staff, and a little back-office support. No big chains, no call centres, just real people who care, living and working right here in Stamford and Rutland.
