Eastaway were excellent in all respects. We needed a quick sale for a good price to enable us to buy a property we had found. When he came to give us a valuation, James immediately got what was special about our property and would appeal to the right kind of buyer. He advised on marketing strategy to achieve a best price, which was significantly higher than other valuations we had received. James and Kim prepared excellent marketing material and quickly had the property on the market and viewings lined up. Within a few days, we had a sale agreed to a cash buyer for the best price James had advised. They continued to advise and support us throughout the conveyancing process. Buying a house isn't easy, but it's certainly interesting. Well, it should be interesting at least. James made each house we saw interesting to us. He quickly worked out what we wanted, he knew we would and wouldn't like and didn't shy away from pointing out the things we probably wouldn't like.  But, he was able to suggest ideas that we could improve the properties to how make it how we would like. He has excellent knowledge of the area and the back story of each property and what their current owners ejoy about it and their reason for moving on. So you feel well informed before making one of the biggest decisions of your life. Eastaways offer a portfolio of high-quality, well-presented properties but and with the number of such properties being manageable for them, they are able to ensure that, whether buying or selling, clients receive personal service of the utmost quality. With decades of experience as an estate agent in Stamford, James is perfectly-placed to advise and with her background in marketing Kim ensures that the photographs, video and write-up for your property will be of the utmost quality. For the first time in 30 years of dealing with estate agents, when selling our Stamford home I could offer no suggestions for improvement to Kim’s write-up on our property. We have moved 3 times within the Stamford area over the last 10 years and I can honestly say that James and Kim provided the highest quality and most comprehensive service of all local estate agents. From the moment we first met James, it was clear he has a detailed understanding of the local area and was passionate about what he does and when added to similar drive and passion from Kim - with the addition of her impressive marketing skills and usage of the newest tools available - they are a very strong team. Not only did we feel immediately comfortable with them both and with trusting them to sell our house, they took a real interest in understanding what we were looking to do next and actually followed through on this. They regularly made us aware of new properties on the market - regardless of agent - and were incredibly proactive on our behalf. The social media output created on our home was very impressive and is another thing which sets James and Kim apart from the competition.
